After being one of two countries in the world (the other was the USA) to boycott the Kyoto Protocol, it seems that Australia's Prime Minister John Howard has finally decided to say something about climate change!

But seriously, Howard and the Australian Government is still avoiding the whole issue of climate change and global warming.
